If you’re a Mantisx user, there is a course you would be well served by. It’s called the Mantis Mastermind Course and it’s very affordable at just $20. For that price, you get 110 video lessons that cover every possible aspect of the Mantisx app, the website component, understanding the charts, troubleshooting, etc.
I’ve completed the main course and once you do that, you have a module for every drill the app provides. That’s really a good idea since sometimes I find that the written description isn’t entirely clear. I’m looking forward to gaining a deeper understanding of the drills and figuring out which ones help meet my goals. I’m especially interested in exploring the drills around concealed carry.
One of the key points I walked away with is the realization that I can export the details of my shots and sessions to CSV files. This means that I can pull them into Excel to create my own graphs and charts based on what’s important to me. Since I’m a nerd at heart I’m thinking of using something like Grafana to create some cool dashboards to better visualize the raw data.
Another cool benefit is that you gain access to weekly Q&A sessions. They offer them at different days and times to help ensure that you can participate regardless of your schedule. You can even post questions ahead of time to make sure you get on the agenda if you have something specific you need to cover.
